The staff were hilarious and super welcoming, making our group feel right at home! Breakfast was a hit, especially the waffles (yum! ). With so much space in our clean, comfy rooms and the added bonus of a pool, it was just perfect for our family fun!

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made for a very comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were great for a good night's sleep. Temperature control was lacking; the heater was either on or off, without a thermostat to regulate it. The towels were thin and less absorbent than expected. While the common areas and some cleaning details could be improved, the TV functioned well, and access to shopping and dining was convenient. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues, particularly near the toilet, and there was visible mold near the vent.

The location couldn't be better, with outlet shops right across the parking lot and easy access to attractions. The staff was friendly and quick to help, especially with towels for our group of teenage baseball players. The pool and jacuzzi were clean, a huge plus! Breakfast had a nice variety, though the eggs were lacking. the shower pressure was disappointing, and the carpet showed stains. We had a noisy group next door that disrupted our sleep, making it hard to fully enjoy our stay. Still, I would return for the friendly atmosphere and great amenities.

Housekeeping lacked attention-floors needed cleaning, and bedding was inadequate. Air conditioning struggles impacted comfort, and lingering maintenance problems persisted. The reservation mishap created further frustration, with unresolved charges causing financial strain. While the hotel has potential, significant improvements are necessary. I'd encourage management to prioritize consistency in service and facilities ' satisfaction.

Staying here was fantastic because it's just a few minutes from downtown Gettysburg, the Gettysburg National Military Park, and the shopping outlet, making it ideal for anyone who loves to walk and explore new places; the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hot tub is a nice touch after a day of walking around, but one minor issue was that my bed wasn't made one day, which was a slight oversight.

The addition of a fridge and microwave was convenient for storing snacks and heating up leftovers. The free breakfast offered was excellent, with a good variety of options. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy, which made it easy for us to travel with our furry companion. One area of improvement would be the maintenance of the hallway floors. Over our four-day stay, we noticed that the floors were not vacuumed, and there were some spilled Cheerios that were not cleaned up, which ended up getting smashed into the carpet. In terms of room amenities, the heating and air conditioning unit lacked a thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the room temperature effectively. It was either constantly on or off, resulting in some discomfort. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the Gettysburg battlefield and within a shopping center with outlets and dining options. The staff, especially Ella at the front desk and Regina, our room attendant, were kind and helpful.

Enjoyed the quaint and homely feeling of the hotel, plus the convenient location near all the attractions in town. Loved that we were able to use the dining room tables for board games, giving us a cozy and fun atmosphere during our stay. The freshly baked cookies would have been a nice touch, but the welcoming scent still made us feel right at home.

Cleanliness seemed to be an issue during our stay. Our rooms weren't cleaned all week, and other guests experienced the same problem.

the breakfast was included and the staff in the breakfast area were extremely helpful and friendly. the hot tub was a nice extra, and the pool area was very nice and organized. the property is close to a nice shopping mall and a few miles from the battlefield. the air inside was fresh and not too dry, and the staff was courteous and efficient.

The king suite was spacious with a good lounge area and wet bar. Free breakfast with a waffle maker was a nice touch. Convenient walking distance to outlet stores.
